Call to a meeting
- Chance to let loose -

Well, you’ve wanted it, you’ve asked for it and we heard you, read the emails, responded to the queries and made the arrangements. The point is interest and consistency. I realize that this is no easy feat. We all have our busy lives and worries, I know I do. You come to find that the days and months fly by with a rapidity you never thought possible! I like to think it’s because I’m busy with this, that and the other. Sometimes it can be too much to handle, but for someone who has (as I believe) taken the term ‘multitasking’ to another level, it may just be rolling with the times. Don’t even get me started!

Anyway, as young people of a similar background, I as well as Ms. Sybille Forster-Rentmeister and ‘Echo Germanica’ invite you to an evening of getting to know one another, revisiting old friendships, building on what was started in an exciting atmosphere. Please come and bring your wonderful self, friends and good cheer to the "Woodhouse Underground Restaurant" in Bloor West Village, more specifically, 2241A Bloor St. West, between Jane and Runnymede on Tuesday, May 20, 2003. We can make this as informal as you like, but please pencil us in from 7:30 p.m. to approximately 9:30 p.m.

I have been very interested in reading and hearing your responses regarding certain issues that have been raised. Please do not hold back. Tell us if there is a need or if this wonderfully multicultural surrounding is enough for you and going back to the `roots’ if you will works or does not work for you. I have several opinions on the subject and some touch each side of the coin, but that’s for you to come and find out!

I mention it again: Woodhouse Underground Restaurant, 2241A Bloor St. West, Tuesday, May 20, 2003, 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. See you there!

Elizabeth : )
