Your heart is as big as the sea,
Full of love and generosity;
Growing up I always knew,
How very much I was loved by you.
Like the sun’s warming rays,
You made me feel special in many ways.
Towards heaven and the sky,
Strong arms lifted me high.
They swung me ‘round and ‘round,
My feet never touching the ground.
Being my dear and loving dad all the while,
You can still make me laugh and smile.
Your’s is a wonderful point of view,
Dad, I will always love you.
