Easter Greetings

Springtime is refreshing and new,
Sparkling brightly like morning dew.

Everything is coming up roses,
Enticingly sweet to eyes, ears and noses.

His regards sends Peter Cottontail,
As he does each year without fail.

Here and there among flecks of green,
A rainbow of colours can be seen.

Horizons streaked with pink, white and blue,
The world has taken on a rosy hue.

Such splendour is a most wonderful view,
A very happy and joyful Easter to you.
