Nearly One in Three Germans Has Online Shopping Experience

TWIG - According to a study released Monday (October 29) on West European e-commerce, nearly 30% of all Germans have shopped online. This puts Germany behind click-happy countries like Norway and Sweden but well ahead of consumers in Italy and Spain. Internet consulting firm Forrester Research conducted a survey of 28,000 households (4,000 of them in Germany) for the study. Most respondents said they still prefer to pay for Internet purchases via traditional bank transfers or cash on delivery.
