Returning of Spring

The snowflake has melted, Mr. Frost
is hiding
In the storehouse of winter his nippiest sting.
From far away places the birds are returning
In glorious sound their songs to sing.
Luminous colour in forest and
meadow,
Blossoms are waiting for the sun's passionate kiss;
Bush and tree stretch their longing branches
A new to welcome the spring's warm bliss.
New life - new sound - new colour -
new fragrance!
While breezes waft perfumes so sweet
Easter lilies so gracefully waving,
It's like God Himself is here to greet
:
"Happy Easter"
