Fare-thee-well, our precious homeland
This ship is sailing out to sea
Toward a very new beginning
Yet unknown life’s destiny.

Deep the waves - as is our longing
For peaceful sunsets - soon somewhere;
United with our sisters, brothers
Life’s endeavor now to share.

May tomorrows’ days be guided
By God’s grace and loving hand
As we sail the deep, wide ocean
To a very distant land -
Canada
