Unique New Natural Healing Therapy Takes Off

Parry Sound, Ontario: Visits to Resort Tapatoo are steadily on the rise as word begins to spread about the resort’s unique healing therapy called Schrothkur (pronounced ‘shroat kure’ and named after the founder of the therapy, Johann Schroth). Schrothkur, is an all natural program brought over from Germany that combines hydrotherapy wraps, a light vegan diet and utilizes alternating liquid and non-liquid intake days to relieve conditions that include obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraines.

"Since we introduced the Schrothkur program in November, interest has been tremendous, says Resort Tapatoo spokesperson Steve Caldwell. "People are beginning to book several months in advance and we are now hosting visitors from as far away as Vancouver."

According to Caldwell, one of the main reasons for the spike in interest is that visitors who have completed this program are avidly spreading the word amongst friends and family. Interest also jumped after a feature story on Tapatoo’s Schrothkur therapy aired on Global TV’s MoneyWise program this past January.

TESTIMONIALS TELL THE STORY

Zoe Dirse of Toronto is just one of many visitors who have reported significant health gains as a result of participating in Tapatoo’s
Schrothkur program. Dirse remarked in a recent letter to the resort that "In total I lost 12lbs, my aches and pains dissipated and I now have a phenomenal sense of well being and renewed energy."

Her letter goes on to observe "the serene atmosphere and lovely northern setting of Tapatoo make for a perfect tranquil retreat. The staff are all professional and very caring. The therapy at Tapatoo is a fabulous natural de-toxer and an excellent de-stresser. I recommend it highly to anyone who wants to kick start a weight loss regime, a healthier lifestyle and to improve their overall general health."

While Schrothkur isn’t as widely known or accepted on this side of the Atlantic the way it is in places like Germany (where an estimated 250,000 people a year are subsidized by the federal healthcare program), Caldwell predicts it is only a matter of time before this natural therapy is widely embraced in North America. "We now have the best possible marketing tool one could have – satisfied guests who have discovered for themselves that Schrothkur really works. While the results vary from person to person, I can safely say that everyone leaves here feeling rejuvenated and well on the road to living a healthier lifestyle."
